Built by people who
run these tests themselves

MT-IAS Pro comes out of the Multitek family — a group that lives in metallurgy, metrology and calibration every working day. The software exists because we needed it to be this good.

Why MT-IAS Pro exists

Software with a lab's conscience

Standards first

Every module implements the procedures the way ASTM, ISO, DIN and JIS describe them — grain size to E112/ISO 643, graphite to A247/ISO 945-1, inclusions to E45, phase fractions to E562. Because a beautiful overlay means nothing if the auditor frowns.

Calibration as a religion

Coming from a calibration company, we treat the µm-per-pixel factor as sacred: bound to the objective, bound to the camera, switched automatically by the microscope itself. A measurement you can't trace is a measurement you don't have.

Operators, not screenshots

The live camera is a first-class workspace tab with a real shutter key (F9), two capture modes and per-lens illumination presets — designed around how a metallography bench actually runs on a busy day.

The report is the product

Labs are judged by their certificates. Every module ends in an Excel or PDF report on your letterhead, with per-field data and embedded micrographs — one click, customer-ready.
